As with most church choirs in the summer, those at Christ Church, Summit, New Jersey took a hiatus for a couple of months. Taking their place for the "music slot" one Sunday, Wayne Bradford allowed me to sing a solo. The text that fit the liturgy that day was "At the name of Jesus" by Caroline Noel; but my paltry self-accompaniment on the keyboard made it less than optimal to use King's Weston as the tune. To make it easier on myself, (and the captive audience, I hoped) I prepared this tune in its stead.
